CHALLENGE
CNS, the developers of the hugely successful Breathe Right Strips, needed a big winner to leverage their existing brand equity. Marco Polo was given the objective of framing consumer needs, problems and opportunities around the platform of “Better Breathing” and developing new product concepts that would extend the Breathe Right name beyond nasal strips.
SOLUTION
Utilizing the theme of “Just-in-Time” Wellness, Marco Polo employed Ex-Op principles to develop 20-30 strategic concepts that resonated with consumers in a Consumer Gauntlet. The big winner was Breathe Right Vapor Shots, now relieving cold symptoms around the world.
